G-Dragon Deletes YG Entertainment From Personal YouTube Channel

Group BigBang's G-Dragon showed a change of heart by deleting a link to YG Entertainment's website on his YouTube channel.

On the 29th, the link to YG Entertainment's official website was deleted from G-Dragon's official YouTube channel link. In this regard, attention was drawn to whether G-Dragon is taking steps to break up with YG in earnest.

Earlier, G-Dragon's exclusive contract with YG expired in June. At the time, YG said, "We are cooperating with advertising and other activities through separate contracts," adding, "We will discuss additional contracts when music activities resume."

However, as G-Dragon deleted the YG Entertainment link from its official channel, the possibility of additional contracts has also been drawing attention since then.

Earlier, when it was revealed that G-Dragon was recently booked on drug charges, YG said, "It is difficult to confirm because he is not an artist affiliated with our company." It also recently updated its official website artist profile and deleted G-Dragon's name.

G-Dragon was charged with drug administration, but he strongly denied the charges and voluntarily attended and his drug tests came back negative. In addition, on the 29th, A, the head of an entertainment establishment involved in the alleged drug administration, reversed their statement saying they never seen G-Dragon personally take drugs.

Many are waiting to see what G-Dragon's next steps in the industry will be.
