Cherry Bullet Officially Disbands

On April 22nd, FNC Entertainment released an official statement through Weverse, announcing the disbandment of girl group Cherry Bullet. The agency said, "After much thought and discussion, our company and its artists, Cherry Bullet's members Haeyoon, Yuju, Bora, Jiwon, Remi, Chaerin, and May, will officially end their group activities as of today."

FNC Entertainment revealed the different paths each member will take. In particular, Haeyoon, Jiwon, Remi, and May have decided to terminate their contracts, while Yuju, Bora, and Chaerin will continue their individual activities as artists under FNC Entertainment.

"We would like to express our sincere apologies for delivering sudden news to the fans who have cared for Cherry Bullet. We will cherish the love and support you have given to the members deeply in our heart. Please keep an eye on the members who will be taking a new path outside of Cherry Bullet in the future, and please give warm support to the members who are about to start a new journey," the agency added.

Cherry Bullet made their official debut on January 21, 2019 with the single album "Let's Play Cherry Bullet." For over five years of group promotions, the released four singles and three mini albums—their last music release being their third mini album "Cherry Dash" back in March 2023.
