Introduction

WaterFire is a four member group developed on the MNET program Build Up: Vocal Boy Group. Team Waterfire took third in the finale. Lynna Entertainment Official stated the four of them would continue to be together as a project group.

Waterfire consists of Up10tion Sunyoul, Wumuti, Kang Ha Yoon, and Choi Su Hwan. The project debut date is unknown at this time.

On April 11, 2024 WaterFire took to social media to announce their fandom name For : rest (숲 : 휴식을 위한, meaning "We Hope our song brings you relaxation"

On April 26, 2024 Waterfire took to social media to announce that all the members individual companies have established a joint venture called Waterfire Company. Each member will continue with solo activities under their respective groups, but will be under the newly established Waterfire company for group activities.
