According to the agency Blockberry Creative on the 3rd, LOONA members Hyunjin and ViVi applied for an injunction against their agency to suspend the validity of their exclusive contract.
Hyunjin and ViVi are known to have the same terms of the contract as Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul and Choerry, who previously won the injunction to suspend the validity of the exclusive contract. Therefore, they are also highly likely to win.
After Chuu expulsion, nine members of LOONA filed the injuction, but only the four previously mentioned members won.
However, BlockBerry Creative confirmed they are trying to ban the entertainment activities for the members who won their injunction case, as well as Chuu who was removed from the group.
