On December 22nd, iWill Media announced, “We have signed an exclusive contract with Yook Sungjae, who is active in various fields including music, acting, and entertainment," adding, “We will not spare any support so that the versatile Yook Sungjae can be more active in the future,” and “We will also actively support BTOB’s activities.”

iWill Media is a media content production company that has produced numerous dramas and OSTs such as "Moon in the Day" and "Golden Mask." Beginning with the recruitment of Yook Sungjae, the company plans to expand its scope to include content production as well as management to become a comprehensive entertainment company.

Meanwhile, Yook Sungjae is the youngest member of the boy group BTOB. Following the expiration of the group's exclusive contract with Cube Entertainment, the members have all found their new agencies, such as Lee Changsub in Fantagio, as well as Seo Eunkwang, Lee Minhyuk, Lim Hyunsik, and Peniel who recently signed exclusive contracts with an unnamed agency. Despite finding new agencies, all BTOB members stand firm that their priority will be group promotions.
