Agency IST Entertainment announced on the 17th that the girl group Weeekly will release a fan song for Daileee (Weeekly’s fandom name) in September to commemorate the 3rd anniversary of their debut. "Details such as the release schedule will be announced later," they added.
Weeekly recently proved their skills by becoming a 'survival blue chip' with members at Mnet's 'Queendom Puzzle' opening center. According to IST Entertainment, they are preparing for a comeback in October after releasing a fan song in September. If the album is released in October, it will be their first comeback in one year and seven months.
Weeekly's 'After School' from their 3rd mini album 'We Play' gained 100 million streams on Spotify. 'Ven para', the title song of AWAKE, reached the top 10 on the iTunes Songs Chart in 4 countries.
