Red Velvet's Yeri to Star in a Drama About Understanding Teenagers' Disabilities

On April 17th, according to SM Entertainment, actress Kim Yerim (Red Velvet's Yeri) will appear as the main character 'Eunseo' in the KBS special drama "Applause," a project about understanding youth disabilities and guide dogs for the visually impaired.

Yeri transforms into 'Eunseo,' a volunteer puppy walker who draws friendships with her guide dog 'Galchae' to achieve her dream and melts the frozen heart of "Taeyang" (played by Yeo Hoi Hyun) with her cheerful charm.

SM Entertainment said, "Since Kim Yerim participated in the work to improve the awareness of disabilities among teenagers, we plan to have a preview of 'Applause' with about 400 students at Sinseo Middle School in Seoul on the 17th, and we will arrange a time for interviews and communication."

Meanwhile, the drama 'Applause' will be broadcast on KBS1 at 2:10 pm on the 18th.
