IVE's Rei Writes a Letter to Fans After Temporarily Suspending Activities

, a Japanese member of the group IVE, wrote to fans as she suspended her activities for health reasons.

Rei posted a handwritten letter on the official fan cafe on the 12th, saying, "Since I became a member of IVE, I've been working hard with all five of the members, and I've always been with you when I'm happy and sad."

Rei then said, "Now I'm trying slowly to stop for a while and take good care of myself so that this time doesn't become meaningless. I think of Dive and the members every single day."

She also said, "Everyone is my most precious friend and family. Since it's our first full-length album, we worked really hard on it. The members are all really cool and I hope that they can be loved by people around the world," cheering for the members.

According to her agency Starship Entertainment the previous day, Rei recently visited the hospital due to abnormal conditions such as heart palpitations and stuffiness, and decided to temporarily suspend her activities to recover her health after receiving medical staff's opinion that she needed treatment and stability. IVE is working with five members for the time being.
