Upgrading to the Yearly Plan: A Guide for Users

We understand that some users may wish to upgrade their subscription plan from the monthly option to the yearly plan.

However, due to restrictions imposed by our payment processor, Stripe.com, direct upgrades from the monthly plan to the yearly plan are not supported. In this article, we will explain the limitations and provide a step-by-step guide on how users can transition to the yearly plan effectively.

The Solution: Cancelling and Resubscribing on the Last Day of the Subscription Period:

To upgrade from the monthly plan to the yearly plan, we recommend following these simple steps:

Step 1: Take note of the last day of your current monthly subscription. 

Step 2: Wait until the end of your subscription cycle.

Step 3: Cancel it on the last day, log in to your account and navigate to the kpopping plus section from the user dropdown. There, you will find an option to cancel your current subscription.

Step 4: After canceling your monthly subscription, select the yearly plan. Follow the prompts to complete the resubscription process. Then enjoy your new yearly plan.
