VCHA Confirms Appearance at U.S's "Lollapalooza Chicago"

JYP Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as JYP)'s rookie global girl group VCHA has been named in the lineup of Lollapalooza Chicago, a large American music festival.

Lollapalooza released a poster containing its lineup on its official SNS channel on the 19th (local time). According to the report, VCHA will perform at the global music festival "Lollapalooza Chicago," which will be held at Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois, from August 1st to 4th.

Lollapalooza is a large-scale music festival that began in Chicago in 1991 and is being held in many parts of the world, including the United States, France, Chile, and Brazil. VCHA, which officially debuted on January 26 this year, revealed its presence as a world wide rookie by announcing its first appearance at a large U.S. music festival "Lollapalooza Chicago" in about two months. In particular, "Lollapalooza Chicago" is a festival where JYP senior group Stray Kids was selected as the headliner.

Earlier, VCHA took the opening stage of the TWICE World Tour performance and impressed global K-pop fans. Starting with Porosol in Mexico City, Mexico from February 2nd to 3rd, Alianz Parkey in Sao Paulo, Brazil from the 6th to the 7th, and Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on March 16th, the performance attracted the attention of cloud spectators. VCHA, which showed off its potential on stage, is expected to provide new energy in "Lollapalooza Chicago" and attract a large audience once again.

They recently released the title track of their new single "Only One" with the same title. The title track, "Only One," is a song in which a girl in love conveys her feelings to her crush, "I understand everything about you and the perfect half you need is only one person, me."

VCHA was created through collaboration between JYP, a leading K-pop agency, and Republic Records, the No. 1 label in the U.S. selected by Billboard under Universal Music Group. Along with its official debut, VCHA received spotlight from major overseas media such as Grammys, Rolling Stone, Billboard, People, and Pop Crush.
