Singer Baekhyun of EXO will sing in the opening game of the Major League Baseball.
Recently, agency INB100 said, "Baekhyun will participate in the 'MLB World Tour Seoul Series 2024', the opening game of the 2024 American professional baseball major league regular season, which will be held for the first time in Korea. Baekhyun will appear at Gocheok Sky in Seoul on the 21st. He will be singing the (Korean) national anthem and the American national anthem without accompaniment at the game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres held at the dome,” he said.
Baekhyun will appear on stage at the Major League Baseball opening game as a representative of Korean artists. Baekhyun's song is expected to heighten the festive atmosphere in a game that baseball fans around the world are paying attention to.
In November last year, Baekhyun also performed an opening ceremony in the finals of the '2023 LoL World Championship' (Worlds Cup).
Meanwhile, the 'MLB World Tour Seoul Series 2024', in which Baekhyun participates as a singer of the Korean national anthem and the American national anthem, will be held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on the 20th and 21st.
