Ateez and xikers to Be Featured in Grammy Museum’s First K-Pop ‘Pop-Up’ Exhibition, KQ CEO Releases Rare Public Statement

No one can argue that K-pop has taken over the global music scenes with K-pop idol groups and soloists getting recognitions and awards, topping charts, and headlining shows across the world left and right. Over the next two years, the Grammy Museum will celebrate the success of Korean pop music with various exhibits and programming through its halls.

The first ones to be featured are ATEEZ and xikers in an exhibition called ‘KQ ENT. (ATEEZ & xikers): A GRAMMY Museum Pop-Up’, which will be opened for a limited time from April 10 to June 10, 2024 at the Museum’s 3rd floor red carpet gallery. The Grammy Museum is located in Los Angeles, CA.

Among the exhibit highlights are ATEEZ’s main look outfits from their 2023 album, THE WORLD EP.FIN : WILL, including the clothes and various props that were featured in their Crazy Form music video.

xikers’ outfits from their 2024 EP HOUSE OF TRICKY : Trial And Error, featured on their ‘We Don’t Stop’ music video will also be on display, along with various props from their first two mini albums.

Since this is such a special milestone for KQ Entertainment’s first idol groups, the agency’s CEO Kyu Wook Kim, who fans rarely hear from, released a public statement through billboard.com.

“The global spread of K-pop is truly remarkable and it is a great honor to see ATEEZ and xikers represent K-pop music at the Grammy Museum,” CEO Kyu Wook Kim shared. “Witnessing our artists’ hard work and dedication being recognized on such a large scale by the Grammy Museum is truly a privilege and fills us with so much pride. We aim to continue to do our best to work with our artists to break boundaries in music on the global stage with K-pop.”

President and CEO of the Grammy Museum Michael Sticka also shared, “Korean pop music is one of the greatest phenomena in the history of recorded music and culture. The Grammy Museum plans to celebrate the world of K-pop, its much-deserved success, and worldwide chart-breaking artists by curating dedicated exhibits and programming over the next two years. We look forward to launching this series with exclusive outfits and props from xikers and ATEEZ.”

Both ATEEZ and xikers participated in the recently concluded KCON Hong Kong 2024 on March 30 and 31, 2024.

The ‘KQ ENT. (ATEEZ & xikers): A GRAMMY Museum Pop-Up’ is scheduled to run from April 10 and June 10, right before ATEEZ debuts as the first K-pop male idol group at Coachella 2024.
