OMEGA X Officially Leaves Spire Entertainment

On May 8th, boy group OMEGA X announced, "After careful and long discussions with former agency Spire Entertainment, we have mutually agreed to terminate contracts with former agency Spire Entertainment, and we have decided to continue working hard to develop Kpop in our respective positions."

"We sincerely thank the people who worried and trusted OMEGA X, and in the future, OMEGA X plans to continue its activities with managers who have shared joys and sorrows for a long time from before debut to now," they said, adding, "We will come back with good music. Please give a lot of support to OMEGA X, who is taking a new leap forward."

In November last year, fans were shocked when it was revealed that OMEGA X was being unfairly treated by the CEO of Spire Entertainment, which included assault and sexual harassment allegations. At the time, the members notified the agency of the termination of the contract and applied for an injunction to suspend the effect of the exclusive contract. However, the dispute has now ended as the two sides reached an agreement with the decision to terminate the exclusive contract.
