MBC Releases Still Cuts of WJSN's Bona in Upcoming Drama "Joseon Lawyer"

On February 7th, MBC released still cuts of WJSN's Bona, also known as Kim Ji Yeon, in the upcoming historical drama "Joseon Laywer."



Bona plays the role of Princess Lee Yeon Joo, the daughter of King Seon. His father, King Seon, lost his life after failing to complete the compilation of the law code, which he had worked hard on. Lee Yeon Joo wants to avenge her father and drive the ministers responsible out of the court.

Lee Yeon Joo is a noble figure who believes that her revenge will only value if it is ultimately done for the sake of the country and its people. For her revenge, she keeps her identity a secret under the name 'Sowon.'

Meanwhile, "Joseon Lawyer," tells the story of a Joseon-era lawyer who vows to avenge his parents' death through a trial. It is a delightful and exhilarating Joseon Dynasty court revenge action drama that shows that true revenge is valuable when doing righteous things and grows into a real lawyer for the people. It stars Woo Doh Wan (The King: Eternal Monarch), Bona (Twenty-Five Twenty-One), and VIXX's N (Bad and Crazy).

"Joseon Lawyer" will air in March, occupying the timeslot of "Kokdu: Season of Diety."
