SM To Finally Take Legal Action on NCT Jaehyun’s Long-Time Sasaeng

SM is reportedly taking legal action against a long-time sasaeng who has been following NCT 127, specifically Jaehyun.

On August 21st, a video inside the hotel where NCT's Jaehyun stayed was released online by the sasaeng on her personal X account.

The video was taken without permission from inside the hotel where the members stayed during their US tour in October last year. A foreign sasaeng got Jaehyun's hotel room number and a copy of the card, trespassed, filmed it, and shared it on their account, causing controversy.



It's worth mentioning that this sasaeng has been persistently following and stalking the members of NCT 127 during their tours and private schedules in America. In fact, the sasaeng was spotted following Mark, Johnny, and Doyoung in an official vlog content uploaded on NCT 127's YouTube channel.

After many years, SM is finally taking legal action against the sasaeng.

On the 22nd, SM Entertainment told Newsen, "The video is an illegal act that seriously infringes on the artist's privacy, and we are collecting data on the person who first uploaded it and all those who redistributed it."

"We will ask the investigative agency to conduct a thorough investigation with the cooperation of domestic and foreign websites and law firms."

judy aside, i hope they also conduct an investigation on the whole nct staff like they are the ones handling/managing all reservations, schedules and hotels and they need to be held accountable for this thing
