The Wind Is Blowing

"Everyone has a reason for their long-lasting love" Kim Sung-kyu writes the third page of 'Remake Story' [The Wind Rises] Kim Sung-kyu's first digital single project for remake in 2024 The third released work, 'The Wind Rises', is a hit song by singer Lee So-ra released in 2004. The lyrical and sensitive lyrics are like a poem, and as they were loved by people of all ages, they focused on the essence of the song itself. By minimizing strings and real acoustic instruments and adding synthesizer pad sounds, we tried to interpret the emotional feeling of the original song in a new way. It has strong rock vocals but hasn't lost its warmth, and it's understated but explosive. While retaining Kim Sung-kyu's vocal identity, the original song's unique atmosphere was captured to deepen the flavor of the song. Kim Sung-kyu has shown a calm and heavy progression with various 'reinterpretations' from the first work 'I'm Sorry, I Hate You', which maintained the color of the original song, the second work 'What Should I Do', which focused on new reinterpretations, and the third and final work, 'The Wind Blows', which contained the sensibility of the original song to himself.
