WOORIDLE Company

Introduction

WOORIDLE Company (우리들컴퍼니 ) is a South Korean entertainment agency, subsidiary of TN Nation Entertainment founded in 2018. In 2012, Koen Group acquired and merged the division with TN, and they changed their name to KOEN Stars. At that time, Koen's artists were transferred to TN Nation and began working as a single agency. In July 2017, the authorities of TN Nation Entertainment reached an agreement with IOK Company and IOK Company ended up buying more than 10% of the company's shares.
After IOK acquired part of TN, Koen Group decided to break the deal it had with TN. Of the artists who were transferred, some stayed at KOEN Stars, while others remained under TN. In January 2018, both companies released a statement confirming the creation of a subsidiary under TN Nation that would be responsible solely for the management of actors and comedians, it received the name of WOORIDLE Company and decided to choose as CEO representative one of its actors. In turn, it will have shared management between TN and IOK Company but, TN will be the main representative of the artists. Likewise, the artists who were part of Koen and remained in TN, were transferred to WOORIDLE.
