Introduction

Kim Jong In (김종인), better known by his stage name Kai, is a South Korean singer and actor. Kai is the Main Dancer, Lead Rapper, and Center of the world-famous boy group EXO and its sub unit EXO-K.

Famous for being EXO's Dancing Machine, Kai also starred in the k-drama series "Andante", "Seven First Kisses", "Miracle We Met", "EXO Next Door" and Japanese drama "Spring Has Come".

On October 4th, 2019, he debuted once more under SM Entertainment's supergroup, SuperM.

On November 30, 2020 Kai released his first solo mini album "Kai" .

On May 3, 2023, SM Entertainment released a statement that because of a recent change in regulations of the Military Manpower Administration Kai will be enlisting on May 11 as a public service worker. He will be discharged on February 10, 2025.
