JooE (also known as Lee Joo Won) is a member of the South Korean girl group MOMOLAND (모모랜드). She attended HanLim Arts High School. JooE is best known for her dance in "Wonderful Love EDM Ver" and Kim Young Cheol's "Ring Ring".

She debuted as a member of MOMOLAND on November 10, 2016, with their first mini album "Welcome to MOMOLAND".

After the disbandment of the group, she participated in the survival show Queendom Puzzle but was eliminated in 25th place.
