Introduction
Jo Aram (조아람; formerly known as Hyeyeon) is a South Korean singer and actress under Beyond J. She is a former member of the girl group gugudan and its sub-unit gugudan OGUOGU.
She debuted as a member of gugudan on June 28, 2016, with their EP Act. 1 The Little Mermaid.
On August 10, 2018, she debuted as a member of gugudan's first sub-unit, gugudan OGOGU, with their first and only digital single "Ice Chu".
On October 25th, 2018 it was announced that she would no longer be a part of the group to focus on her health and her studies. She is still an artist under Jellyfish Entertainment.
On January 7, 2022, Hyeyeon changed her name to Jo Aram after her Naver profile and Instagram were updated with the new name.
