Lee Saerom (이새롬) is the leader, lead dancer, rapper, and visual of the girl group fromis_9 under Pledis Entertainment. She competed in the second season of Dancing 9 in June 2014. She ranked 3rd in the survival show "Idol School" with 71,037 votes, earning her a spot in the group.
She appeared on B2ST and Apink's "Skinny Baby" MV on 2011 and 2BiC's "Lonely Christmas" MV on 2013.
She debuted as the leader of fromis_9 on January 24, 2018 with the mini album 'To. Heart'. She also participated on song writing on some of their albums, namely, "The Way to Me" from their mini album 'To. Heart', "Close to Me" from 'To. Day' and many more.
On October 28, 2022, she went on hiatus alongside Seoyeon due to health reasons as announced by Pledis Entertainment.
