Fukutomi Tsuki (Korean: 후쿠토미츠키; Japanese: 福富月) is a Japanese singer under MYSTIC Story. She was a part of the trainee group MYSTIC Rookies. She was officially revealed as a trainee on February 19, 2020. She is a former SM Entertainment trainee.

In November 25, 2020, using the stage name TARU, she debuted as an original member of the Japanese girl group MAGICOUR with the single "MAGIC". However, she graduated from the group on December 15 of the same year.

She debuted as a member of the girl group Billlie on November 10, 2021 with the mini album The Billage of Perception : Chapter One.
